Orginally from Champagne in the French Jura, Marie Odile Gabet is a mother of three and grandmother of five. In 1987, she completed her training as a professional nurse at the Hospital of Champagnole where she then worked for the majority of her career.

For more than ten years now, Marie Odile has been volunteering at Adjouffou to support Lotti Latrous and replace her during her absence. Since January 2014, she is responsible for "Centre Un" (Centre One) and the social services’ office. Helping people she has known for so long and seeing babies grow older and in good health is for her a great a source of joy and motivation.
